Dilworth uses a school wide behavior chart. Every student begins the day on green. Based on student’s choices in the classroom and school he/she remains on green (ON FIRE choices) or gets a card pulled (choices that need improvement) to reveal yellow, then red (student continually made choices that needed improvement). The wonderful thing about our behavior chart is that even if you choose to make a choice that gets your card pulled, you can turn your behavior around for the rest of the day and have the opportunity to earn your green (or yellow) card back!
